California Personal Injury Lawyers

As if earthquakes, fires, car accidents and slip and fall incidents were not enough, now California personal injury lawyers have their hands full with Lindsay Lohan as well. There has been a lawsuit filed against Miss Lohan by Tracie Rice for infliction of emotional distress and assault involving the DUI incident and drug possession charges which Lohan was arrested.

According to the lawsuit, which does not specify damages, Miss Rice was riding in the back seat of the car that Lohan was chasing at high speeds in the Santa Monica area. The lawsuit states that Miss Rice could have been injured or killed because of the reckless behavior of Miss Lohan.
